Ticketing terms and conditions
Tickets are available for purchase online or at the Melbourne Skydeck admissions entry counter. Online tickets are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and will be e-mailed to you; they must be presented on arrival, either on your smartphone or via hard copy. Tickets purchased at the Melbourne Skydeck admissions entry counter are valid for day of purchase only. Melbourne Skydeck is open five days a week during the school term and seven days a week during school holidays, however we recommend checking our Operating Hours before your visit. Valid concessions include Student Photo ID, valid Australian Seniors and Health Care Cards. Please provide evidence on your visit to qualify for one of these discounts. Children under four years of age can enter free of charge.
