Bookings are not required to visit Melbourne Skydeck. Tickets can be purchased on arrival from the Admissions desk or from our website.
If you already have a ticket – including third-party website tickets, and gift vouchers – please proceed to our Admissions Desk where our team will help redeem your tickets or voucher.

A carer or companion ticket needs to be processed upon arrival at the Admissions desk. Please present your card to our team to process a ticket.
A general admission ticket is required to access our additional experiences including Voyager Theatre, The Edge, and VR Plank. If you already have a general admission ticket and want to purchase an additional experience, this can be processed on arrival.
We accept Australian Health Care Cards, Pension Cards, Seniors Cards, Student Cards, International Student Cards. Please present your card on the day of your arrival.
There are no bookings for the Edge, on arrival you will be place in the virtual wait queue and set up with an electronic pager. Edge wait times are known on arrival.
No, your ticket is only valid for a one-time entry. You cannot return on the same ticket.
Guests 12 years and under require a parent or guardian present. The recommended age for our VR experiences is 8 years. If you do have concerns about this, please call our team on 03 9693 8888.
For general Melbourne Skydeck viewing allow up to 45minutes.

As of 11:59pm April 22nd, 2022, guests are no longer required to check in or show proof of vaccination status.
Yes, Melbourne Skydeck is wheelchair friendly. Our experiences including, VR Voyager Theatre, Edge Experience and VR Plank are also wheelchair accessible.
All loose items including but not limited to phones, cameras, food, drink and prams are not permitted in the Edge. Prior to your Edge ride, our team will ask you to place your items in the allocated storage area.
No external food or alcoholic beverages are permitted.
Bar 88 is located on the Skydeck and offers a range of cocktails, fine wines, coffee or soft drink and a range of gourmet pastries including pies, pasties and sausage rolls are also available.
