What Is Your COVID Vaccination Policy?

All guests who book and travel with us on a day experience must be fully vaccinated. Guests may be requested to verify their vaccination status and if unvaccinated, should be aware that they may be required to wear face masks and physically distance. All government mandates applicable to vaccine requirements for visitors to day venues and service experiences will supersede the Journey Beyond day experience policy. Please visit for further details about the Covid Safe Experiences & Vaccination Policy.

On arrival and during your visit

Update 23/12/21: as of 11:59pm on the 23rd of December 2021, the Victorian Government has reintroduced the indoor mask mandate. Face masks will be required for all indoor settings (except private homes) for people eight years old and over. Visitors to Melbourne Skydeck are required to wear a face mask at all times following the Victorian Government mandate.

Please note, the Victorian Government has reintroduced capacity limits in response to the Covid-19 pandemic and some attractions may experience longer wait times then usual.

On arrival, you will notice our social distancing messaging and we kindly ask guests to observe and respect these messages for the health and safety of all guests. Guests will be requested to register their details by scanning the QR code displayed at the front entrance.

All guests above 12 years and two months visiting Melbourne Skydeck and its attractions, including Bar 88 are required to be fully vaccinated. Proof of vaccination will be required and verified at check-in; we will not collect or retain copies of these documents. Guests, who are unable to show proof of recorded vaccines at time of check-in will be unable to enter the premises—and will not be refunded or recover any disruption costs.

We accept cash and cashless payments, with the preference of contactless payments. We accept VISA, Mastercard, or AMEX (no surcharge).
