How do I purchase a ticket?

Melbourne Skydeck tickets can be purchased from our website through the book now button or they can be purchased on arrival. Discounted Melbourne Skydeck tickets can be purchased from our website.

On arrival and during your visit

The safety, health, and well-being of our guests and team remain our number one priority. Our team has been working hard to ensure a COVID safe environment, with the following steps implemented throughout Melbourne Skydeck.

  • All Skydeck team members have undertaken extensive COVID-19 specific training programs
  • All Melbourne Skydeck team members are fully vaccinated against COVID-19
  • Complimentary hand sanitising stations are provided at multiple key locations throughout Melbourne Skydeck
  • There is enhanced cleaning and sanitisation of high touchpoints
  • Daily deep clean and sanitisation of Melbourne Skydeck occurs daily prior to operating hours
  • QR code sign-in system
  • High-level maintenance of air conditioning and ventilation systems to maximise airflow

I already have a ticket; how do I redeem it?

If you already have a ticket – including third-party website tickets, and gift vouchers – please proceed to our Admissions Desk where our team will help redeem your tickets or voucher.

I booked the wrong date or want to change my booking date, what do I do?

What Is Your COVID Vaccination Policy?

As of 11:59pm April 22nd, 2022, guests are no longer required to check in or show proof of vaccination status.

Are you Wheelchair accessible?

Yes, Melbourne Skydeck is wheelchair friendly. Our experiences including, VR Voyager Theatre, Edge Experience and VR Plank are also wheelchair accessible.

How do I book for a Carer/Companion?

A carer or companion ticket needs to be processed upon arrival at the Admissions desk. Please present your card to our team to process a ticket.

When are the tickets on sale until?

The sale is available online until 10am Thursday 19th May, 2022.

How long are the tickets valid for?

Tickets are strictly valid for 5 months from the purchase date. The expiry date will be listed on the ticket. There will be NO extensions granted for any reason.

How do I receive the tickets?

Tickets will be sent via email to the email address you provide when booking the tickets. Please check your junk or SPAM inbox if they don’t arrive within 15 minutes.

How many tickets can I buy?

There is no limit on tickets. However, if you wish to redeem the tickets on separate occasions you will need to process multiple transactions.

Can I buy the $15 tickets from the Admission desk on arrival?

No, the $15 tickets are only available online, they cannot be purchased from the Admission desk.

Do the $15 tickets include additional Experiences?

No, additional experiences are not included in the $15 Admission ticket, however you can purchase this on arrival to Melbourne Skydeck.

Can I buy a family ticket with the 15th Birthday promotion?

No, all $15 Admission tickets are valid for one person per ticket for this promotion.

Can I get a refund on my tickets?

No, 15th Birthday tickets are strictly non-refundable.

I entered my email address incorrectly, how do I amend my details?

Please send an email with your booking reference number to admin@melbourneskydeck.com.au and we will amend your details. Please note this can take 24 hours to complete.

There is no booking date listed on the tickets, how do I book a date and time?

There is no need to book a date or time; you are welcome to use the tickets anytime until the expiry date listed on the ticket.

What do I need to show when I arrive?
