Count the Tennis Ball Sticker Competition
1. Competition Overview:
The competition involves counting the number of Tennis ball stickers located on Level 88. Participants must scan the code and complete the entry form to enter the draw for a chance to win one of three family passes valued at $320 each. These passes can be used at Eureka 89’s Altitude Dining (prior to 30 June 2025), and each pass admits two adults and two children (12 years and under).
2. Dates of Competition:
- Start Date: 12:00pm, 10 January 2025
- End Date: 10:00pm, 26 January 2025
3. Entry limit:
Each participant is permitted only one entry.
4. Entry Requirements:
To qualify for the draw, participants must complete the entry form and correctly guess the number of tennis balls displayed on Level 88 of Melbourne Skydeck. Incomplete or automated entries will be disqualified. Multiple entries from same email address are counted as an invalid entry.
5. Eligibility:
The competition is open to participants aged 18 years and older.
6. Exclusions:
Employees of Melbourne Skydeck and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
7. Prize Details:
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The prizes are subject to availability and redeemable for reservations before 30 June 2025.
8. Winner selection:
The prize winners will be chosen at random and contacted by email and or telephone number provided. The prize winner’s first name and suburb will be published on Melbourne Skydeck social media channels on Tuesday 28th Jan 2025. The winners will have 48 hours to respond or the prize will be redrawn based on other valid competition entrants.
8. Limitation of Liability:
Melbourne Skydeck is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur as a result of participation in this competition or acceptance of the prize.
9. Verification:
Melbourne Skydeck reserves the right to, at any time, verify an entry or entrant and disqualify an entrant if we have the reason believe has submitted an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
10. Data Collection and Use:
By entering this competition, all entry details become the property of Journey Beyond. The Promoter will collect personal information from entrants to conduct the competition. Entries may be entered into a database and Journey Beyond group may use the entrants’ names and addresses for future promotional, marketing and publicity in various forms by the Promoter, and the entrant consents to such use. Entrants may direct any request to access their personal information to the Promoter.
11. Competition Modifications:
Melbourne Skydeck reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate the competition without notice.
