Mobility
Melbourne Skydeck is a step free venue. Experiences including, VR Voyager Theatre, Edge Experience are wheelchair accessible. Paths are kept free and clutter free and areas can be navigated safely.
Seating is available on both level 1 & 88; level 1 has bench seating in the Admissions area where tickets can be purchased and redeemed. There are various seating arrangements on level 88, including bar tables with stools, stools by the widows and lounges.
Assistance Animals or service animals
Melbourne Skydeck welcomes all assistance animals. Relief area for animals is outside of the main entrance of the Melbourne Skydeck. If you require a pass out for this reason, please see our team at the Gift Shop prior to exiting.
Guide Dogs and Assistance Animals are permitted in accordance with Section 9 of the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth). We reserve the right to exercise any exemptions under the Act, including if we suspect that the assistance animal has an infectious disease that may affect other patrons or the health of our animals. We also reserve the right to require evidence relating to your assistance animal or its training in accordance with Section 54A(5) of the Act
Visitors who are blind or low vision
Viewfinders which pinpoint different landmarks are located around the observation deck on level 88, these might be helpful for guests with low vision. If you require assistance on the day of your visit, please let us know ahead of your visit and our team may be able to guide you through our site where available.
Visitor who are deaf and hard of hearing
We are in the process of creating visual scripts to assist guests with information about the experiences at Melbourne Skydeck.
Carers and Companions
A person accompanying someone with a disability, who holds a valid WeCare, Carer Card or Companion Card, is entitled to free General Admission to the attraction. Please present the card upon arrival.
Toilets and family facilities
Accessible toilets are available for your convenience just before the lifts on the ground floor. The handrail is located on the LHS.

Emergency exits
The Melbourne Skydeck is located on the 88th floor. In case of an evacuation, fire wardens will direct guests to the nearest refuge area and emergency services will assist anyone unable to use the stairs.
Parking and public transport
Parking is available directly beneath Melbourne Skydeck in the Wilson Carpark. Wilson Parking Eureka Tower is located at 70 City Road, Southbank, the car park is accessed from the corner of City Road and Southgate Avenue, right after the 7-Eleven. Discounted flat-rate parking is available for all guests of Melbourne Skydeck. Accessible parking spots are available, however subject to availability.
