ELIGIBLE ENTRANT

To be eligible to enter this Competition, an individual must:
1. Permanently reside in an Australian State or Territory;
2. Not be an employee or business partner of the Promoter, or an immediate family member;
3. Be at least 18 years of age

ELIGIBLE ENTRY

To enter:

– Follow @melbourneskydeck and @89_eureka on Instagram or Facebook (relevant platform you are on)
– Tag friends (each tag = one entry, multiple allowed)

ENTRY PERIOD

• Closes: 11:59pm, 24 May 2026

Via Instagram or Facebook on Melbourne Skydeck official pages.

MAXIMUM ENTRIES

Maximum 100 entries per person using eligible entry methods only.

PRIZE

One (1) prize:
3-course all-inclusive Altitude Dining Experience with a 90 minute Victorian beverage package, for 19 people at Eureka 89.
Valued at approximately AUD $3,325.

The Altitude Dining Experience includes the Virtual Reality experience and access to Melbourne Skydeck. Noting prize does not include any associated travel costs or accommodation.

Conditions:
– Redeem within 3 months
– Subject to availability, dinner to be redeemed by 31st August.  Available Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday evening, based on availability
– Bookings essential and must be redeemed in one booking
– Menu choice on the day
– Menu & wines subject to change
– Not transferable or redeemable for cash

PRIZE DRAW & ANNOUNCEMENT

Winner drawn at random within 5 business days after closing.
Draw date: 29 May 2026
Announcement: 7:00pm (Melbourne time)
Winner notified via direct message.

Entry constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

4. Winner selected at random.
5. Prize is not transferable or exchangeable.
6. Promoter not responsible for lost or late entries.
7. Winner must respond within 7 days or prize may be redrawn.

9. No purchase necessary.
10. Competition governed by Australian law.

11. Prize does not include travel costs to and from dinner.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Agreement

By entering this Competition, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which are legally binding. In exchange for your agreement, We allow you to participate in the Competition for the opportunity to win the Prize. You must be 18 years or over to enter, we may request identification proof.

Entry

Only Eligible Entrants may enter this Competition.

We will only accept Eligible Entries submitted in accordance with the Entry Method.

Entries must be received during the Entry Period. Entries submitted outside this period will be deemed invalid.

We take no responsibility for incomplete, illegible, late, lost or misdirected entries.

Entry Method

Entries must be submitted via the Promoter’s official Instagram or Facebook pages, in accordance with the Entry Method outlined in the Schedule.

Each Eligible Entrant must not exceed the Maximum Number of Eligible Entries.

Winner Selection

This Competition is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner.

The winner will be selected at random from all Eligible Entries received during the Entry Period.

The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that it considers (in its reasonable discretion):
(a) to be defamatory, offensive, or inappropriate;
(b) to breach any law or third-party rights; or
(c) to otherwise not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Prize

One (1) Prize will be awarded, as outlined in the Schedule.

The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

The Prize must be redeemed within 3 months of the winner being notified.

Bookings are essential and are subject to availability. Blackout dates may apply.

The dining experience includes a 3-course Altitude Dining menu with matched beverages at Eureka 89. Menu choice is on the day. Menu and wines are subject to change.

Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Prize are the responsibility of the winner.

If the Prize (or any part of it) becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond Our control, we reserve the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable laws.

Any associated travel and accommodation costs are not included within the prize.

Winner Notification and Prize Claim

The winner will be notified via direct message on the platform they entered from.

The winner must respond within 7 days of notification to claim the Prize.

If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, the Prize may be forfeited and a redraw may occur.

If the winner is unable to take up the Prize for any reason, no compensation or alternative prize will be provided.

Publicity

By entering the Competition, you agree that, if you are the winner, we may publish your name and State or Territory of residence for promotional purposes, without compensation.

Personal Information

By entering the Competition, you consent to Us collecting and using your personal information for the purpose of administering the Competition and for marketing and promotional purposes.

We will handle personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and Our privacy policy available at:

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe function.

General

No purchase is necessary to enter the Competition.

You are responsible for any costs incurred in entering the Competition (including internet access).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with this Competition or the Prize.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia, and the courts of South Australia have exclusive jurisdiction.
