Ticketing terms and conditions
As per Victorian Government guidelines Melbourne Skydeck requires all guests from 12 years and 2 months of age to be fully vaccinated as a requirement for entry into the venue. A Melbourne Skydeck ticket grants the holder entry to the fastest lifts in the Southern Hemisphere, taking you sky high up to Melbourne Skydeck on level 88. Your ticket gives you access to our Melbourne 3-D interactive model and Bar 88 experiences. The brand-new Voyager Theatre, Edge and Plank Experiences are an additional cost and can be added when purchasing your ticket. Tickets are available for purchase online or at the Melbourne Skydeck admissions entry counter. Open entry tickets purchased online are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase unless specified on the ticket and will be e-mailed to you. Tickets are non-refundable or transferable. Tickets booked for a particular date are valid for that day only and cannot be used at any other time. Tickets purchased online must be presented on arrival, either on your smartphone or via hard copy. Tickets purchased at the Melbourne Skydeck admissions entry counter are valid for day of purchase only.
Melbourne Skydeck is open seven days a week during school holidays. We do however recommend checking our Operating Hours before your visit.
Valid concessions include Student Photo ID, Seniors (valid Australian Seniors Card required) and Health Care Cards. Please provide evidence on your visit to qualify for one of these discounts. Children under four years of age can enter free of charge.
Please note that due to weather conditions and unplanned maintenance we cannot guarantee all additional experiences will be operating every day. Please note that we cannot guarantee exclusive use of experiences. Pre-purchase of tickets does not grant express entry into Skydeck or any additional experiences – there may be a wait time for Skydeck and additional experiences on the day of your visit. VR Theatre – Photosensitive Epilepsy, if you have a history of epilepsy or seizures, consult a doctor before entering theatre.
I confirm all ticket holders 12 years and 2 months and over can verify they are double vaccinated against COVID-19 or have received a medical exemption from an authorised medical practitioner.
By purchasing this ticket and accepting admission to the Melbourne Skydeck, you do so at your own risk and you hereby release Melbourne Eureka Tower Observation Deck Pty Ltd and the Melbourne Skydeck building owners, lessees, managers and their respective employees, agents and contractors to the maximum extent permitted by law, including the maximum extent permitted by the Fair Trading Act/Fair Trading (recreational Services) Regulations from any loss or damage to you or your property that may occur even if caused by the neglect or fault of any one or more of those parties.
