Booking Times
Exclusive School only hours are available Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 12:00pm.
Standard visits can be booked at anytime between 12:00pm and 8:00pm. Closing times are subject to season.

Group size
Self-Guided – Maximum of 60 students.
Guided – Minimum of 15, Maximum of 30 students.

Duration
While there is no time limit during your visit most schools spend approx 1 -1 1⁄2 hours on the Skydeck.

Bus Driver
Free admission to the Skydeck for bus drivers. Bus parking is available on City Rd, restrictions apply.

Cancellation Policy
Once confirmed, cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or non-arrival will incur a 20% cancellation fee of the total cost. The cancellation fee will be waived in the event of extreme weather or if the booking is rescheduled to another day.

Method of Payment
Invoice: Schools can be invoiced after their visit and payment is to be made within 30 days from the date of visit. All schools who wish to be invoiced are required to send through a purchase order number prior to their visit.

Pay on arrival
If your institute does not have an account, full payment must be made in one single transaction on arrival with cash or credit card.

The Edge
This is an optional experience which is sold separately on Level 88, at teacher’s discretion. Children under the age of 7 must have parental consent and must be accompanied by an adult. This experience cannot be pre-purchased and we cannot take bookings.

Visit Description

Self-Guided (15-60 students)

Self-Guided visits can be booked anytime between 9:00am and 8:00pm. When your group reaches level 88 they will have 360 degree views of Melbourne while they walk around the Skydeck without a guide. Students will be able to utilise our many view finders, interactive displays and outdoor terrace to identify key landmarks around Melbourne while 285m above the ground.

Meet & Greet (15-60 students)

A short introductory session provided by our Education Coordinator free of charge upon request before a self-guided visit to the Skydeck. This is a great way for students to get some background knowledge on the Eureka Tower and ask any questions they might have before heading up to level 88. Available Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 3:00pm.

Guided (15-30 students)

A 45 minute guided tour run by our Education Coordinator. Tours are based on curriculum outcomes and are available every weekday during the between 9:00am and 3:00pm. Programs can be selected from the website.

Students must carry their belongings with them at all times. We recommend school bags are left at school/on the bus, or shared between students.
